Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation by the client within 24 hours of the start of the visit, Bodega Conatvs will return 100% of the reservation or the initial payment. All this if said cancellation is recorded by email (contacto@conatvs.com) with a minimum of 24 hours before the start of the activity.

In case of cancellation within 24 hours of the start of the activity, or no-show on the day and time of the activity, your reservation will be canceled and you will not be entitled to any refund of the amount paid.
